Well I don't mean "great graphics" as in the best graphics of the generation. I mean "great graphics" in the sense that they are good graphics and everything is clear. If Perfect Dark had Halo 3 graphics then they would DEFINITELY be more interested in it, because compared to Halo 3, the graphics are awful.

Of course graphics get better every generation, if they didn't then a lot of games would seem better to the newer gamers because the games don't look like crap *compared to what they are used to*.

unbalanced is an understatement.... you spawn with your fists next to dual wielding machineguns.... once i found these i went 15-0 ... my team still lost. (only played 1 game)

No matter how great it was back then, doesn't change the fact that FPS nowadays improved on everything especially in the singleplayer department.

I didn't play PD back then on the N64, but I downloaded the XBLA demo and thought the singleplayer to be below average by todays standards.

Sure those games should be respected for what they achieved, but at the same time it should be admited that there are much better games available, which wasn't the case back then.

It's not just you. Every single time the word "Wii" enters in a conversation where I live, the first thing EVERYBODY will say is: Grapichs sucks, so, based on that alone, PS360= better, LOL!" They are luck I don't have a hammer around.

because yonger generations will always look down on old consoles.

When I was a kid I did not understand the SNES style of play because I was so used to my N64 so I hated the SNES and tought it was boring compared to my 3D games.

Goldeneye was better, I think.

The game broke the mold but now it has been surpassed. Yet will I sample the same delights again, I doubt it because I am 36 and don't get constant 4 player madness.
