OH HELL NO, they were awesome. Luke has the best character development I've ever seen in a jrpg and Asch had one of the saddest back stories in a jrpg. Their rivalry was real deep too. They made Tales of the Abyss for me.

When just picks stuff to randomly start narrating, I want to shoot myself in the face. Oh god, what the hell is her accent supposed to be!?

I hate when she gets sad, because then she goes all real slow and sorrowfully and I want to just choke her.
