1: All "best graphics ever" threads are banned because they are just flamebait and cause unnecessary "fan wars", yes these games look good but

A: it's getting to the point where these games all look the same to an extent or each just look really good.

B: We really don't need a "best graphics ever" thread each week.

2: I know this is a sales heavy website but it's still mostly about games. I suggest ANY thread that mentions money and doesn't specifically talk about a game (i.e playing it and not how well it will do financially be kept to the sales board). IMO there's next to no honest talk of gaming unless it involves sales or which version is better thereby causing a console war and yet more headaches.

1) Within reason. Certain members just overdo it, and yes, it's annoying.

2) Absolutely not. This is a sales website, we should be able to discuss sales anywhere. They are always relevant. Yes, it's a little annoying when people bring up sales in a quality argument, but we can't ban everything that's slightly annoying, or we'll become NeoGAF.

What he's saying in number (2) is that any thread which concerns sales or financial information should be kept to the Sales Discussion.

1. Stating any thing as fact even if you use quotes to qualify should be frowned on.
Graphics are totally subjective and as such an expression of opinion only.

2. Not bothered about the money chat so long as its backed up with hard facts. Could do without constantly hearing about how much a game cost to make and how the PS3 is almost ever so nearly close to breaking even.
