Every store said the same thing. The 360 deal was one day only.
The bolded entry said they are still doing it, but won't get any til' tomorrow morning.
They do shipments Monday night, wednesday, and friday night(for saturday. Deal ends on Friday)
Shipment from last friday, ran out on saturday.
So, of these 6 stores only one will be stocking, in which it will be sold out almost immediately. I didn't ask how many they would be getting.
Anyone else wanna try their local walmarts and find out some more info?
EDIT: NEW INFORMATION
I called 3 other stores and they said "it's only while we have stock and we will not be getting any stock in for the rest of the week".
However, all three stores said "whoever said it's only for one day was just guessing, it's all week long for stores that are getting stock".

sealed because microsoft had a promotion with walmart that dropped the XBOX 360 to $99.99

and it sold 170K in the americas

The 360 was never $99.99. 

Just because some employee didnt hear the news that they are still doing the promotion does not mean it isnt happening.  I would say call back tomorrow when shipments come in and see if the story is the same.

all those 360s are flooding ebay and craigslist right now....so it wont make a difference down the road, it will all slow down until ebay gets back to its normal number of 360s

You can't be serious....

I am serious.  When there are so many 360s on ebay, the price starts to drop on each one.  Simple economics.

 

People tell their friends, family etc that they snagged a 360 off ebay for 140$!!! and the word of mouth gets more people on ebay buying the 360s until the price starts to rise again and slow down.

 

However, the time it takes to clear out all these 360s, all the other stores, walmart, bestbuy etc. suffer....
