NCSoft are the main devs, with Guerrilla Games supporting development.

Being released for mobile is a turn off because mobile generally means low spec, repetitive gameplay loop, simplified controls to account interface limitations and terrible monetization

If this was PC-PS5 exclusive I would surely give it a try

I don't know how a mobile phone can handle all that! Skipping Playstation is certainly a choice... who even allowed this to happen? Sony's clownery is reaching new heights lol.

This isn't your average lowtier mobile game. It's very ambitious and should be on Playstation at launch like Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero (which aren't even first party).

Exactly, pretty much like Mihoyo games, put it on consoles too... your own damn console where the IP already exists, lol

I like the look of this.... I don't understand why they didn't do this instead of concord or other shooter games as a service tries they had, long ago.

Well they were technically doing both and this game has been known of in reports for a while now, so it was well into development alongside Concord, Marathon and all the cancelled projects we haven't seen (Haven, God of War Online game, TLOU Online etc).

It probably helps that it was developed by a studio actual experience in this kind of game and no a single player developer being pushed in this direction
