The first film was a pleasant surprise. This looks like it could do it again.

This looks phenomenal. Gaga will devour this role.

I didn't really like Joker, it felt like an unnecessary art experiment while I'd prefer universe building. I would rather see that kind of story as an Elseworlds comic.

That said, this doesn't look bad at all, I might even enjoy it more than the first.

Now comes to my mind that I'd kind of like to see this become a trilogy, with third part ending to introduction of Batman and their first encounter. Unless they'll already end this one like that?

I felt that way after the end of the first one. When you see it all collapse, and then a certain something happening in that alleyway, all you're left with is this overwhelming desire to see Batman rise up and save the day... or at least I did. After reading some (creepy) comments on Youtube, I got the feeling that the film ended up more of a rallying cry for like-minded sociopaths than a simple exploration piece. 

Looks alright I guess. I enjoyed Joker, and Gaga seems to fit the role of Harley just fine. Im not particularly hyped for this, but Ill be looking forward to it.

The first film was well acted but not particularly enjoyable (5/10). As comic book-inspired films go it was an interesting experiment, which made it better than most of them by default for me, but I can't say I'm excited for more of the same.

The first movie wasn't good. But it won a bunch of awards and made a billion dollars.

I was actually intrigued when they announced this would be a musical. I thought that was an interesting choice. Then found out it will be a jukebox musical consisting of already hit songs. Maybe there will be a few original songs. But not really as excited to see them shoehorn in a bunch of pop songs to try to fit the story.

The first film was fantastic. It was head and shoulders above any superhero film I've ever seen (maybe Logan aside).

Very much looking forward to the sequel.

I mean, in the first film, you knew Joker was crazy when he started throwing "bread" in the refrigerator. :D
I'm also looking forward to Lady Gaga, if there's one thing she's proven to be great at, it's acting the role of an entertaining crazy woman.

Trailer looked glorious but my main question is this movie going to be just a musical?
