I didn't really like Joker, it felt like an unnecessary art experiment while I'd prefer universe building. I would rather see that kind of story as an Elseworlds comic.
That said, this doesn't look bad at all, I might even enjoy it more than the first.
Now comes to my mind that I'd kind of like to see this become a trilogy, with third part ending to introduction of Batman and their first encounter. Unless they'll already end this one like that?
