It’s time to close out another decade by voting for the Game of the Decade.  This decade had several close competitions and quite a few runoff votes.  In the end the 10 candidates for Game of the Decade were chosen by the members of this forum from each of the Game of the Year polls.  Here are the candidates for Game of the Decade for the 2000s:

I mean, nothing from that list as far as I'm concerned, but I suppose I'll have to vote for Uncharted 2 since it is the only game on that list in my top 50 games of all time, though even it just barely made it. I hadn't realized how few of the games I consider the best of the decade made it through this time.

Half-Life 2

Well my top 2 choices didn't make it in, the real game of the decade is of course Tales of Symphonia (duh), but of the ones listed I'll go with Half-Life 2 which is also a masterpiece. My full top 10 for the decade would be:

Prime is my game of the decade. Some mighty fine games on that list though.
