Well I was adding to the discussion, by listing Sony titles (which someone asked for) to compare to Wii U, explaining why those titles are much better than anything Wii U offers between June-August which includes correcting someone on the difference between a port and a remake.

You want to stop on topic discussion?

You mean you HAVEN'T played all 3,870 PS2 games? Step up your game if you want to live up to that "platform master" name!
But seriously, if you own a console and have time you may as well get all you can out of it. I still even buy Gamecube, GBA, etc. games I missed when I was younger. Things like that probably make up a good fourth of my gaming budget.

That's why as long as there are still old titles worth purchasing on a system droughts don't much affect me. I have to admit there's not much for me to go back for on WiiU, though.

This is Sony only June-August, no Vita only games included.  All retail.

Yay for remakes and mediocre games! Yeah, this isn't going to impress anyone I'm afraid. It's quite sad how many remakes are on that list. Not even remakes of old games, but games that just released. 


And yet this is still infinitely better than what Nintendo is offering.  The more you try and play down this list the worse the Wii U becomes.

If I include digital only stuff the Wii U becomes worse even still.

There are hardly any remakes on that list, not that there is anything wrong wth remakes anyway, a game remade is essentially a new game.  And it is still better than what Wii U offers.

Mate, I can play most of those games on the PS3. I'd rather have Wii U's line-up for 2014 than Sony's. Not a single decent exclusive game is coming out on their console this year. 

And no, remakes aren't new games, maybe you're so starved for actual games on your PS4 that you think that, but that doesn't make it true. 

You don't read very good. Looking forward to Xillia 2 more than every game announced for Wii U's 2014 lineup.

I did! It's true. I was being conservative; most say above 85%. Look for yourself before you call people out on something.

Wow, Sony's non existent support of Vita is stronger than Nintendo's support of both their systems through the summer. That's actually quite depressing. But at least Mario Kart has delivered.

Summers are for backlogs and having fun outside. Never the less, this season in 2014 is bare-bones for all systems
