Hey guys,

I'm getting a PS3 SLIM soon after getting my paycheque.(YAY Finally!)

So I hope to get some unbiased advice and insight from the everyday forum folks rather than relying on game reviews or review websites.

1. Recommend me 10 must have games? (prefably exclusives or some highly rated multiplatform games that are the best version on PS3.)

2. Recommend me 10 must have PSN games?

3. Ever since the geohot/graf_chokolo/insert-name-of-other-hackers incident, I've heard many stories of people losing their accounts/trophies/records so I'm wondering if it's safe to login to PSN at this period of time?(seeing that this is a all out full blown war now)

1. Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2 and 3, Gran Turismo 5, Valkyria Chronicles, Infamous, Uncharted 1 and 2, Vanquish, Super Street Fighter IV.

2. Don't have much... but... Flower, Gundemonium Collection, Megaman 9 and 10, Super Stardust HD... other will cover the rest...

3. I played Super SFIV online yesterday and the day before and it was fine... all that losing records business is either rumors or islotated cases.

3. Never had any problems myself. 

1. Demon Souls, Metal gear solid 4, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2-  3, Little big planet 1 - 2, God of war 3, Heavy Rain, DC universe online.

2. Fat Princess, Shatter,Final fantasy 7-9, Joe danger.

3. Im online all the time and Iv never had an issue.

I probably get in trouble when saying that, but I can't recommend Demon's Souls, LittleBigPlanet 1-2 and Killzone 2 (only get it if you want to play online)

• If you have a buddy to play split-screen Mercenaries with, Resident Evil 5. If not... Marvel vs. Capcom 3?

(I'm not sure if Bioshock, Vanquish SSFIV, RDR and ME2 are better than the 360 versions, but if your taste is anything like mine, they're must-haves anyway.)

2) Castle Crashers, Fat Princess, Mega Man 9 & 10, and... Uh... Some PS1 stuff?

3) I hardly ever play online, but I haven't had any such problems.

Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted (you don't have a choice), Wipeout HD Fury, God of War Collection, Sly Collection...Most of what everyone is saying overlaps, but you'll find tons of quality games on the ps3 without much trouble.

I would recommend getting a few Bluray Documentaries too. They are sweet :)

Wipeout HD&Fury, Shatter, Stacking, flOwer, Super Stardust HD, PacMan CED, UNO, Critter Crunch. Flight Control HD and Tetris.

You are only likely to get hacked if you A: Install something unofficial or B give up your details to the wrong people.

-1- uncharted 2, infamous, god of war 3, killzone 3, little big planet 2, red dead redemption, mass effect 2, gran turismo 5, ratchet and clank: a crack in tome, and metal gear solid 4.

-2- castle crashers, flower, super stardust hd, wipeout hd, and ps1 classics

-3- i havent logged into psn in a week. but from what ive experienced the only way you can loose trophies or data is by playing mw2.
