since everyone already listed plenty of games I'll just say that I play Kz3 online quite often recently and haven't had any problems, as long as you don't install anything unofficial or fall for a scam and give up your info there shouldn't be any problem.

The two best games on the console are undoubtedly Mass Effect 2 and Uncharted 2. It would be a good idea to play the first iteration of both those games first (ME is on PC and Xbox 360).

10 games you need: Uncharted 1 & 2, Gran Turismo 5, Infamous, Resistance FoM & Resistance 2, Heavy Rain, Ratchet and Clank ToD, Killzone 2 & 3, and LittleBigPlanet & LBP2 if you're into platforming.
Some upcoming games to look for: Infamous 2, Resistance 3, LA Noire (PS3 will probably get the better version), Portal 2 (Apparently the PS3 version is better), Uncharted 3, Twisted Metal, and if you're into Japanese games then there's the Last Guardian.
You gotta try some Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 3. And maybe a little dash of White Knight Chronicles or wait until part 2 comes out with the better version of part 1, and 2 for the price of one!
1. Uncharted 2, God Of War 3, MGS 4: Guns of the Patriots, LittleBigPlanet 2, Heavy Rain, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 2, Killzone 2 or 3, those are MUST HAVE (and I own those games, except for the Killzones).
2. Fat Princess, flower, Scott Pilgrim, Joe Danger.
3. I haven't had any kind of problems with my info/trophies. The ONLY problem was that yesterday the psn went down for 20 mins, but just a minor, isolated issue.
