LOL. No other country had computers either (or video game consoles, which are specialized computers). The first computers were built in the 1940s. And incidentally first in germany, as Konrad Zuse built the first working computer. The Z1 from 1938 is not always seen as a full computer, but the Z3 from 1941 is. So germany had a computer first in 1941, but many others followed quickly as the upsides were clear.
