Hmm, well cant really argue against that lol especially since I agreed for the same reason earlier :P
Being portable really is nice and I'm expecting to take advantage of that feature too since I use my NDS/3DS/PSP for lunch time at work :P. |
Too elaborate a bit on my comment: I don't expect portability to be an advantage for every player. It is for me though. As Shiken says, I get extra playtime out of it. I actually bought Switch on launch, because I wanted to play Zelda and was away on launch weekend. So I bought Zelda and Switch on Friday and Friday evening in the train I started for the first time Zelda. Over the weekend I accumulated already 15 hours. That was awesome.
But that is me. I can fully understand that other people don't see the need and want to play the games with better graphic. That leads for sure to them buying the game for PC or a more powerful console. And as I said, I see it differing from game to game. If the main reason for the game is graphic or full immersion, I prefer to buy it on PC. Or online games basically can't be played portable, so that reason goes out of the window.
I see my comment was a bit short, so I wanted to make it clear, not that anyone think I say portability is for every gamer and every game preferable.
