There are already many ports on Switch that had comparable image quality to PS4 or only slightly worse.
Thats not suprising, because the better the graphics, the less quality you can achieve with more power. Diminishing returns. Thats why Microsoft and Sony both starts with relatively expensive consoles in 2020, otherwise the graphical advantages of the next gen would be almost invisible.
