Spider-Man
It's going to be The Last of Us 2. The creative director confmed that they'll unveil it's first ever gameplay footage at this years E3. And if it's not, then it'll be Spider Man.
Very likely it's Days Gone. Maybe they're gonna showcase the improvements they've done to it since 2016 and give it a release date for this year.

It'll be Spiderman, thats going to be the next big game (after E3) so they are going to go all out on that.. cant see it being days gone at all.

Spiderman makes the most sense, but I wouldn't be too surprised to see Days Gone, The Last of Us 2, Death Stranding or Ghosts of Tsushima.
All have the potential for it.
