Hotel Dusk and Last Window were from Cing, which has gone bankrupt. I don't know if anyone picked up the copyrights and the code of these games, but if I would've expected ports of the games to pop up to monetize it. So the games are probably in license hell and source code gone.

I have a PS4, I also already own all of the games I listed but I would still greatly prefer to play them on the switch

Problem is that the touch screen can't be used if docked

Add Mortal Kombat 9 while you're at it so Switch users would have the whole reboot story (and not just the latest entry like Mass effect 3 on Wii U)

Throw in both Injustice titles (first one was on Wii U as well, so porting that one shouldn't be a problem at all), SF IV + V while you're at it.

Oh, and both South Park games, should run perfectly on Switch.

Little modding should do the trick ...

But seriously, they could emulate mouse using joycons, if docked.

Mario Galaxy 1 & 2. Give mario galaxy and I will buy a switch right now. Didnt play on Wii due to stupid gimmick controls and because it was 480p.
Also worth mentioning:
- Metroid Prime Trilogy
- Zelda Wind Waker
- Persona 3, 4 and 5
- FF X, X-2, XII and XIII (actually it would be a nice time to revisit XIII and fix its problems)
- Dragon Quest 7 and 8 (dont care if it is a straight port from 3DS upscaled to 720p)
- Fallout 3, Vegas and 4 (considering they ported Skyrim this should be easy)
- Mass Effect Trilogy
- Dragon Age Origins
- Call of Duty MW 1-3
- Half Life 3

Dont care if there are no new games. If the switch was a port machine with the games above I would buy it right now
