Why? If you can still understand what the person is saying, why does that annoy you? These are forums, there's absolutely no need for everyone to write correctly, especially when you consider that English isn't the native language for most people here. Congratulations if you speak English fluently, but that's a privilege that most people didn't have the opportunity to have.

My computer at work updated over the weekend. Windows decided it was a good idea to take all my icons in the start menu and replace with with it's default ones instead of leaving mine as they were. Why do this?

That recent Apple advert where this kid is doing lots of stuff on her laptop and someone over the fence says "You having fun on your PC?" and the kid says "What's a PC?"....
