The Scorpio isn't a product for an average consumer. MS said this again and again. Of course, even if Scorpio was 299$ with two games Europe would still be a difficult market to enter :P In Europe, Playstation is a synonyme to console.

OT: I doubt this is true. EA has been partnered with MS for years with FIFA, I don't see why they would stop now with the launch of the Switch.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Not saying what I said is fact but it's definitely possible.  They'd not want to kick-start it early because it's way too soon.  2020 is the perfect time to do it.  They can lick their wounds and go all in. Maybe they'll just slowly give up but either is possible. 

Going by MS's history, they always spend their most in the first 2 years of any generation and then they start to winde down. This gen they seem to be winding down sooner. They either are too upset to spend since they are being beaten or they are too comfortable in their lead thinking they don't need to do anymore work since they are ahead.

Explain to me what you mean by NO Games?

Last time i checked Xbox Live, they have many 360 BC library of games, all the XB1 titles, all Future XB1 titles, MS's own exclusives which arent availble on competition console, and the ability to render big AAA games in 4k, not just indies.

He means bundles, MS can't make bundles with games that are marketed by Sony, and viceversa. You could buy for example a ps4 pro for 400 bucks with FIfa 18, or you could buy ''Scorpio only'' for 400 (best case). The price is a very important factor for mass-market.

Its dumb to focus on the scorpio. The premium consoles wont matter when the bundles need to be sold to the late adopters who want deals. Hopefully, these bundles are limited and they focus on the base models. Seriously, this power bullshit is becoming embarassing. ::Goes back to playing Zelda on my less powerful switch::
