If you confront people like that, always have a backup gun, knife, or other weapon on hand to be able to immediately kill one of them

But she had those bad ass dogs with her ...

this happens a lot at water parks too.

How many times guys go for a feel and say sorry like its a mistake...

yeah

I hate it when that happens to me.... I know I'm a delectable piece of man meat and all but come on guys

I've heard of "first world problems" but would this fall under "hot girl problems" or perhaps "stacked girl problems" ?

I bet if the cops shot them you'd have people complaining even when its on video that they would have deserved it.

As an actual former cop, I've seen much worse than this and it doesn't justify shooting. Cops aren't judge, jury, and executioner. There are supposed to be steps leading up to using lethal force. You want to go from zero to 100!

I'm not making any excuses for that guy's actions. It was disgusting. Even the victim doesn't seem to be as outraged as some of the people here.

BTW, my wife is a property manager of a minority  (aka 99% black) apartment complex. We've paid special attention to this case.

And, at the risk of sounding to serious, I must say boobs and fart.

Her name is Nancy, and she's 68 years old.

"Nancy James was just trying to break up a loud outdoor party at her North Lauderdale apartment complex when one of the party-goers picked up the 68-year-old woman and tossed her into the pool.

James, treasurer of the Players Place apartments homeowners association, was bruised on her leg and shoulder but not seriously hurt about 7 p.m. Saturday, according to Broward sheriff’s deputies.

A 16-year-old Margate boy turned himself in to authorities early Monday. He will face a charge of battery on a person 65 years or older and is headed to juvenile detention, said Veda Coleman-Wright, a spokeswoman for the Broward Sheriff’s Office."

Well at least the kid showed some sense by turning himself in, too bad he apparently caved to peer pressure to get himself in hot water in the first place...

Edit :"Players Place apartments homeowners association" .... hmmm interesting name

You wouldn't say that if it were your mother.

Probably not. But I'd still be wrong. Believe me, I know what it's like to have to defend pieces of shit from good people--the worst being a guy who molested s girl from the girl's father.

Turns out the lady is actually over the age of 65 unlike some posters stated. The only positove thing is that the kid (he is 16) turn himself in

You couldn't have chosen to, you know, NOT defend the guy? I'm not saying kill him, just don't defend him from the victim's father.

I'd say d21 did the right thing and I'm sure it was very very hard to do the right thing in that situation. "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." Revenge is rarely the right thing even if it feels good it still doesn't negate whatever happened that caused one to feel the need for revenge.

Probably the smart thing for that kid to do. He was bound to get caught eventually. Hopefully he learns his lesson. As well as the other kids at the party. This may actually end up being a good learning experience. Assuming  she wasn't seriously hurt.

That's blacks for ya, no surprise there.
