Anyone who starts a sentence with I am not ... but. Or not be ... but probably makes a statement which is exactly what the ... represent. Not to be racist but Dutch people are cheap bastards (well to be fair most of us are anyway). We are Bastards because our royal house has more German DNA than Dutch. Anyway those jokes in general are pretty funny. Luckily satire and stand up comedians are not forbidden  (yet). Anyway those are jokes to begin with and when you don't like certain cultures you can always choose not to interact with them. I for instance in general don't like heavily religious people (Christians and Muslims alike, not many jews left since a German madman invented gas) so I just avoid most of them.
