What I don't understand is why people are getting so worked up over him not getting the game lol. How does that affect you?

Let me think, worst selling 3D Zelda has sales of around 3.5m, and now we have new 3D Zelda that comes after 5-6 years, game that will be relased on Wii U and NX, Zelda that looks like it will be one of best Zeldas ever, game thats one of most hyped Nintendo games ever, launch title for completle new platform...5m stretch!? Not at all, I actually expecting around 8m, 5m is worst possible case.

It is quite a funny thread, people yelling insults at him, others rushing in to say it'll sell millions etc etc. It's one person saying he's not going to buy the game yet people seem to feel the need to come in and emphatically state how much the game will sell, how succesfful it will be, how good it will be and try to negate the OP's decision by saying they'll buy multiple copies. xD

Well its your money, and its good to see that someone is using the only power a customer really has. Because complaining actually never works and when it "does" it usually to keep the sheep happy while doing only minimal work. They do it all the time in the service industry they give anyone who complains a coupon and that is really the extent of what happens when you complain, unless there is some really incriminating evidence caught on camera or security footage, no one ever looses their job because of a customer complaint.  Though I can say the oposite is true if a person complains too much they are usually black listed and then denied business for being a nucience. You can use the Mass Effect debacle as an example nothing really changed in the new ending.

But personally I would rather get a game I bought at full price playable in as near final form as possible when I come home and not having to wait weeks for the game to be patched into playable form. Yes I know BotW has been pushed back several times, the first few to add depth to the game which many open world games lack when they launch. And before it was pushed back for the NX it was pushed back to latter this year, which would have been the winter holiday season, so we would still be waiting.

So the short of it is I can see where your coming from but don't share you viewpoint.

Oh one more thing boycotting does work just slowly because if a business doesn't change their ways they slowly bleed business. I was very vocal about one business in a collage town that rip off my business plan to get in before me. I sent a venture capitolist in Browndeer my Business Plan, and had been working with the CDA who informed me up to that point no businesses were interested in bring that type of business in. And less then month after I sent them my business plan there was a business in Browndeer bring that same business in on the plot of land I listed as a site for the buiness. And they were ready to go and build. Creating a new business doesn't works that fast, it took me about a year to pull that plan together and talk with the city, oh Browndeer is over a hour away. So I diverted as business I could to another company in a nearby town, and that company eventually bought the business from those people because they were not making any money.

I don't think that's a stretch at all, if Mario Kart can do it BoTW can easily do it. Not to mention it's going to be a franchise release game for a new Nintendo system, so it will sell in droves.

I only see like 2 or 3 users getting "worked up" over this thread..

If you can't do that, then post your rants on your wall instead. Second, cut it out with the caps lock and crazy formatting in your thread, not only does it look ridiculous but it's painful to read.
