Having the origins edition the only edition you can get for consoles is so fucking stupid. Like what is the point in paying 20$ extra for 5 skins IF EVERYONE HAS THEM?

To each their own. I love MP and enjoyed what I got out of Battlefront and CoD

Platinums: Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Terminator Salvation, Uncharted 1, inFamous Second Son, Rocket League

As much as i wanna like it (and own it), I can't justify it's price as I am not big on multiplayers.

I will never pay jack for multi-only.

Bought it. Played it. Will I go back to it? Don't know.
There is just not enough content to keep me playing at the $100 AUD price.

The annoying part is, I thought there WAS a campaign to the game as I only watched the trailers and didn't hang onto every word Blizzard made... Blizzard is usually *the* developer that I buy *all* their games without question due to their track record being almost flawless, even almost completely overhauling broken games. (Diablo 3.)

Blizzards awesome trailers made it seem like there was a deep and complex story of Good vs Evil with characters that have depth and back story. What a surprise that there was NONE of that... And not only that, the "Evil" characters could be teamed up with the "Good" characters.

Such a missed opportunity in my eyes not having a campaign, that was my criticism with Evolve and Titanfall as well.
The Multiplayer isn't even that fleshed out either, there is only a dozen or so maps and a couple of modes.

If they weren't going to have a feature-complete game, then they should not have Microtransactions, simple as that. It's a money grab... Population will likely decline quickly as well.

If the internet complains loud enough, Blizzard will likely do something about it.

I love League of Legends, doesn't mean I spent a dime on it. Feels almost criminal how much time (3+ years) I have spent on the game and not spent any money.  It is true that other F2p games often do it badly.

It is not about about how much money you spent on such and such game. Games like Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone do free to play relatively well as you can do the daily quests and get enough gold to buy the chracters, card packs and expansions from within the game. Infact i do that with Hearthstone and have more than 600-700 plus hours in it without spending any real world money. The problem or i guess the "issue" is that when i log into the game. Am more inclined to do play with the class or character that i have the daily quest with instead of well, choosing one that i am most feeling like at the moment.

That is why it is just liberating to get all the chracters and maps, current and future. It is preference thing though. When we are young, we have no money but lots of time. When we are old, we rather pay the retail price and get everything to enjoy in the limited time we have.

I wouldnt pay a dime for MGS5 and you paid 70 euro for it? yikes See how that works? The whole thread is flawed simply because you dont want to pay the price of a game because you dont feel it has enough content.

Content does not equal fun, not in a million years and the major content patch comes in June and it doesnt cost a penny. If someone wants to pay for boxes that is their choice, it does not impact the game in any way. Purely cosmetical.

Multiplayer games gives you more content than any singleplayer game ever could. Games I have played for years in multiplayer - Quake, Quake 3, Starcraft, Warcraft 3, League of Legends. All of the games I paid either nothing or up towards 70 euro and do I when looking back at this thinking hmm.. LoL was more value because I didnt pay for it? No I certainly did not.

I paid 50 euro for my physical copy of Overwatch, sorry you have to pay 70 for it. But I am sure you will get over it. If you dont want to pay the price for it that is fine, you dont have to.

Yup! Totally agree. Blizz is trying to gouge the meek with their Titan abortion and it's working.

I quit Hearthstone for that reason. I didn't spend any money on it, so no loss. But eventually the game got too tedious.

League of Legends also encourages you to win one game a day for a bonus, but I quickly learned how relatively useless the bonus was.
