After a fantastic 4th quarter of 2013 with the release of GTA 5, a very soft 1st quarter of 2014 has eroded much of that profit.

Total assets 

30th September 2013 - $2,701,134 (current - $2,251,267)

31st December 2013 - $1,985,351 (current - $1,545,656)

31st March 2014 - $1,799,630 (current - $1,399,440)

I guess even a record selling game like GTAV is still very short term in financial security.

Wow I thought they were set for a while after GTAV.

I only glanced at the article because it's far too long and boring for me to read, but did it say that $30million eroded much of GTAV's profits, or did you? Because I find it hard to believe on a game with over 33 million sales. I mean,  at $60 a pop that's close to two billion in income. The game cost about $150 million to develop as far as I remember

This goes to show how fragile things can be even when it looks like it shouldn't be.

Just make GTAV for the PS4/Xbox One and bam! Problem solved!
