Xbox 360/ PS3

WiiU

XONE

PS4

lol, except SS3 Goku couldn't beat fat Majin Buu.

Let's settle this.

PS4:

No. the CPU is to week and the GPU while great is not a top GPU, not at all.

Goku SSJ4 would be moar like a i73600k a GTX 690 4GB and 16GB RAM

And beyond that Gogeta SSJ4 would be Supercomputer that analizes the Hadron collider data?

LOL

Nah. SS4 Gogeta would be Steam Box (or PC). =P

There's a big difference in power between the XBO and the PS4. Maybe not when it comes to the CPU, but when it comes to the rest, yes. Many report a difference as big as 50% in some aspects of the console.

And Supercomputers would be Super Sayan God. Try to keep up. =P

Super sayan what? Modern shit doesnt count!

The difference in power between Majin Buu and Goku SSJ3 maxed out is more or less that difference youre talkin about.

Going by the original manga the most powerful being is Vegito SSJ2 who trashes Super Buu + Mighty Gohan. Going by standalone characters Mighty Gohan is the strongest as he is the legendary Super saiyan. (is it?)

SSJ3 is PS4. Which is far away from powerhouses like i7 + GTX 690 that would be Mystic Gohan.

No. The legendary Super Saiyan is Broly. As for Super Saiyan God, unlike the SSJ4 transformation in GT (of which Toriyama only oversaw the production), it is actually a creation of Akira Toriyama for the movie Battle of Gods. That being said, it is unclear which transformation is the strongest, but logic itself (yeah, you can apply some in this case) gives the edge to the Super Saiyan God.

As for this power thing going on, I'll be bowing out since I'm not really sure how serious you're taking it. xD

Well, everyone can tell what he likes, because we have no way to ever check the statements. None of us can run a proofed benchmark like Spec on any of these consoles and compare the results. That would be a point of measurement. But even with such a benchmark the compiler-options really influence the result, so someone else could measure something different. And a different benchmark that is concentrating on different components, lets say Linpack, that gets different results. Does your benchmark concentrate on CPU or GPU? Different consoles will have different results. Anyways, benchmarks would not really answer the question, but we don't even have this. All the statements are more or less speculation enriched a lot by bias.

There's no point in the power-discussion. Let's concentrate on the stuff that matters: games.

Although I know many have no fun playing their games, until they can ridicule the consoles of the competitor. Luckily I earn enough to buy all consoles - if they have the right games to get me interested.

"No, it's not up to the same level as the PS3 or the 360," said one developer who's been working with the Wii U. What does that mean? "The graphics are just not as powerful," reiterated the source.

Funny thing is neogaf confirmed that wiiu actually has less shaders

"This developer is not alone in their opinion. Another developer at a major company confirmed this point of view. "Yeah, that's true. It doesn't produce graphics as well as the PS3 or the 360," said the source. "There aren't as many shaders, it's not as capable. Sure, some things are better, mostly as a result of it being a more modern design. But overall the Wii U just can't quite keep up."

EA SENIOR ENGINEER: ‘THE WII U IS CRAP, LESS POWERFUL THAN AN XBOX 360′

1st article is seriously outdated and invalid as it was written in April of 2012, way before Wii U's launch and one to two months before specifications were finalized and before Wii U was even mass produced also there were no final development kits nor the software/firmware/OS/API was finalized. This "anonymous" developer was likely a troll or a Sony/Microsoft fan who decided to spread misinformation, even if that "anonymous developer" was credible and he was correct as I wrote before: ...way before Wii U's launch and one to two months before specifications were finalized and before Wii U was even mass produced also there were no final development kits nor the software/firmware/OS/API was finalized.

2nd article is also seriously outdated and invalid as it was writen in March of 2014 thus two to three before finalization of Wii U's design and its mass production so it is basically same as above also I need to point out that team that ported Darksiders 2 were on very limited budget and it is known that 4 to 6 people worked on the port. Again: ...way before Wii U's launch and one to two months before specifications were finalized and before Wii U was even mass produced also there were no final development kits nor the software/firmware/OS/API was finalized.

3rd article is basically your how you interpret it, developer said that Wii U is not a leap as Xbox One nor PlayStation 4 basically. You can compare Xbox 360 and Wii U and see that the leap is not as big as Xbox 360 to Xbox One yet we can't compare Wii U to Xbox 360 because it is not successor to it. They ported Xbox 360 version of the game to Wii U so of course they won't be able to really utilize the hardware because most of the game code and engine optimizations were designed for 360 and not Wii U. If they designed a game engine just for Wii U then they would have really seen the capability of it.

4st article is just a EA engineer being FOS and spreading BS yet I remember reading that someone dig out on some site information about his career, to be more precise... About what games he worked on and from what I remember he never worked on any hardware from Nintendo in his entire career. That guy didn't even had a development kit and this was all debunked, the guy was mad or something and he works for EA and you know that EA left Wii U bandwagon because its crippled, overpriced late ports didn't sold well because they were crippled, overpriced late ports.

Also you need to update to yourself about NeoGAF. It has been debunked and you state a pure rumor without any evidence as a fact...

I look forward to your response that won't be logical nor rational... Your confirmation bias makes me laugh, thanks for the good laughs.

Notice how the ones saying it's weaker are anonymous, while the ones saying it's more capable are name devs with proven track records?

A pity that your still arguing about specs when you clearly demonstrated no knowledge against your skirmish with Pemalite or the users at anandtech LOL.

We have discussed Anandtech thing over and over again yet you simply can not learn and remember what I said? Okay. Get your head checked out because it seems you can't remember things or you have a selective memory loss and/or confirmation bias. Pemalite is above my league, that is his job(?) while I have a hobby yet that does not mean I don't know anything and I have demostrated knowledge while you just twisted things out of context and said some obvious BS which Megafenix corrected you then you dare to confront him and say he is wrong at that or that yet he is a computer engineer.

As I wrote before about Anandtech, that was way before I did my own research and that was compilation of various rumors, speculations and facts.

I almost pity you, you are just provoking people and you always get burned...

It doesn't matter seeing as how your knowledge on hardware didn't get better as evidenced by your argument with a hacker on twitter by the alias of marcan42 LOL. It's funny how you didn't know that Pemalite was a freelance programmer and not a professional at that. I find it extremely ironic that some hobbyist programmer knows more than a computer engineer but then again megafenix has yet to show his credentials so he's obviously the one BS'ing seeing as how he got banned on beyond 3d while getting his info rejected by the likes of someone with similar views as Pemalite such as myself.

You still haven't done any research based on how you threw a fit towards marcan42 on twitter.

Your the one who gets provoked. It's just that you'd be able to spread your awful propaganda more easily but Pemalite and I are preventing it from happening and you'd also likely get into trouble with others like drkohler and ViktorBKK.

Hell you probably don't even know the difference between an Intel MIC or an AMD fusion LMAO.

It doesn't matter seeing as how your knowledge on hardware didn't get better as evidenced by your argument with a hacker on twitter by the alias of marcan42 LOL. What evidence? Your imaginary evidence? I was having a discussion with Marcan42 about the CPU, he only made claims about Wii U's CPU yet there wasn't any code and PowerPC 476 FP was a good candidate, I stopped once a part of document involving Wii U's CPU was leaked by someone. He presented a definitive evidence that supported his claim of PowerPC 750 thus I accepted it, saying that my knowledge on hardware didn't get better is fallacy and you just present imaginary evidence. You should shut up about "knowledge on hardware" because I and Megafenix proved you wrong yet you continued with your non sense involving hardware. I made some mistakes, but that is because I am not really good at explaining things, that is my flaw while you dont understand one bit what are you talking about.

It's funny how you didn't know that Pemalite was a freelance programmer and not a professional at that. It seems you don't know meaning of "freelancer", to put it simply, it is a self-employed person/individual. Can you explain me why a Freelance programmer can't possibly reach programming skill of a "professional", Pemalite was maybe previously a professional programmer and later one decided to be a freelancer. How could I know if Pemalite is freelancer or professional? I wasn't interest in his background while you are interested which is either curiosity or mere hate towards me.

First you said freelancer now hobbyist programmer, which is it? Anyway a hobbyist programmer could have experience of a professional/freelance programmer as over time you aquire knowledge and improve your skill. Pemalite is surely far more on the market than Megafenix that just graduated and he showed me his credentials yet I can't show it to you because it would be violation of privacy. He got banned on Beyond 3D because he had a different opinion than others and we hade discussed already Fatslob yet you have selective memory loss or something. Megafenix was "rejected" by individuals that reject anything slightly positive involving Nintendo and always choose lowest common denominator when comes to Nintendo.

You still haven't done any research based on how you threw a fit towards marcan42 on twitter.

Why should I waste my time?

Your the one who gets provoked. It's just that you'd be able to spread your awful propaganda more easily but Pemalite and I are preventing it from happening and you'd also likely get into trouble with others like drkohler and ViktorBKK.

You know you sound kinda dull and ignorant. Oh... You are stoping me from doing a imaginary "propaganda". Imaginary that and that and that and that and you continue with imaginary stuff like you are a kid.

Hell you probably don't even know the difference between an Intel MIC or an AMD fusion LMAO.

AMD is Fusion is both CPU and GPU in one/same chip/die. MIC is something like Larrabee or Knights Landing? Bunch of x86 cores integrated together in parallelization with purpose of being something akin of a GPU.

Come on nintendo, develop a GPU "expansion pack" that's a way to lure third parties without releasing a new hardware.

I'm guessing Donkey Kong TF has put this thread to rest for good. XD

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine
