Some user shared this interesting info on GAF.

Up to 70 GB storage (10 GB on Xbox 360 and 60 GB on Xbox One) required.
Up to 59 GB storage (9 GB on PlayStation3 and 50 GB on PlayStatoin4) required.

So NBA 2K14 need over 50GB space on Xbone/PS4? That means the installation or the space to download and install? Even if the download and install it means 30GB space?

Killzone rumors says 50GB too... PC games specs are showing over 30GB needed space too.

I'm saying bye to digital titlte

Welcome next-gen.

Disappointed. Was hoping for close to 100 GB of data per game. Will wait for the truly next gen games to come out. At least give me 80 Gigs.

the guys wanting digital only consoles must be feeling dumb right now

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Looks like the 50GB may become the standard for AAA next gen titles. Can the PS4 read like dual layered 100GB Blu Ray discs or we may witness disc swapping once again?

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

You mean BR-XL, I doubt it, unless they start using 4 layer discs.

This is great news. People will be more encouraged to get retail copies over digital ones. Who wants to rent a game? Retail version is the king. Good start for next gen.

This is exactly why the digital only consoles is such a bad idea. I have been able to get by with an 80GB PS3 but not without deleting tons of things over the years...Imagine if the Vita was digital only?

Ridiculous if true.

Just plug in an external HDD or upgrade the HDD. Problem solved who want to go digital. 500GB feels kinda small now.

This is just the beginning. Once they really tap into the power of these amazing pieces of hardware we'll be seeing 1TB downloads.
