Because I download 8GB in around 5 hours. There's no reason that a 18GB download should take 15.

 

Also in my area and at the price, it's the best I can do.

 

I'm more so pissed at the horrible download speeds + the fact that it wont install.

 

And I just found out I have to redownload it cause I started to redownload before 4PM.

 

 

This cannot be fucking real life.

I would check before you start re-downloading etc, and also do what has been stated above, dont download in background

I read it on gaf about this error, don't download in background and you'll be fine.

Install error occurs when a download is interrupted abruptly when for example the electricity goes down or you cut electricity on purpose. You don't also need to give any more money, just re-download (no additional costs).

dude I don't see why you couldn't just go to the store and buy a physical copy. If you know you have bad internet then why are you downloading a big game like GTA. Your bad internet is the problem, not psn.

seriously get a grip. it most likely is a fault on your end. millions of others didnt have the same problem. ive worked in support and 99% of the people that claim there never using a company again its there fault

OP stop pressing download in the backround, sometimes it skips files when you do that, don't touch anything. Just a heads up.

You have a 0.000255gbps speed. You need to DL 18gb? Thats 60,000 seconds which is over 15 hours... so yes, your internet should take that long to download the game. 8Gigs in 5 hours? 16 in 10hours and 18 in about 12 hours... so yes... even that is withinwhat you should expect
