Eww... at the homophobics that even enter this thread.

I didn't wanted to enter this thread, because I don't much care what consenting adults are doing behind closed doors and I thought I would live in the 21st century. But some threads showed a disgusting amount of homophobic opinion, so it seems the mindset of the dark ages is very strong here for some reason. That's why I want to declare my support for LGBTA. I'm being hetero myself, but I can't stand the irrational hate against people with differing preferences.

And LOL at the poster, that thinks allowing homosexuality is indirectly the same as allowing pedophilia. If we allow woman-men-love, there do we draw the line? Based on the logic of this poster allowing to practice heterosexuality would open the gates for pedophilia. That's...

For me it is OK, if people enjoy sexual practices between any number of consenting adults, that intend to pleasure everyone involved and does not harm anyone.

And I can't be wrong, if I'm on the same side as the only real Bond (Connery) - and if it is only as an avatar.

I met my boyfriend at prom when we were all going with mutual friends. He remembers me vaguely because of the crazy colors I had in my hair (I had actually graduated but one of my best friends wanted me to go so she invited me to go with her). Incidentally enough, they wouldn't let 2 guys get their picture taken together, even if it were just 2 friends (another one of my friends just wanted a picture with a male friend and all the females thought he was weird.)

But anyways, I didn't really start talking to Russell until I was working at the movie theater. One of our mutual friends was watching Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Mans Chest and told me that he just applied at the theater and so I put in a good word for him (because I thought he was a nice guy and my manager respected my opinion). So I got him a job and we started talking on AIM (because he went to school about 40 miles away). I started developing a crush on him there and invited him out to our openly gay managers birthday party at a gay club (well..through technicality i guess that could be considered an event). I thought he was uncomfortable the whole time we were there because I didn't know he was actually gay. He was really just enjoying looking around. My skeezy ex was there and talked shit about me because he thought I was with Russell but....whatever. lol

A few weeks later, he came out to me on AIM. I told him I liked him but he was really shy. We ended up going on a date to the movies (because we were both broke as hell). The rest is history. :)
