Either you are exaggerating or you don't know what you're talking about. There are plenty of Nintendo games that do not sell well or get much attention. Maybe not the majority of them, but enough of them to say for a fact that not all of them are "overrated." Of course, no game can be objectively overrated as someone could legitimately enjoy a game so much that it feels to them it deserves its sales/praise/whatever.

I usually hate ansering "extreme" questions (most this, best that, worst this etc.), but I'm bored so I'd have to say Uncharted 2. The reviews are insanely high and there's is nothing special in that game.
