I got into a certain situation today where a client is upset at me for the name of an app (I'm an ios developer), but I only made the app and I didn't distribute the app, the name I had was just a place holder. I assumed the distributer would of ask what the name of the app should be before submitting it (just like you would ask the client what screenshots, description, age for the app, ect).

I know that situation. I have also situations where I could strangle the customers (we develop web-applications and web-portals). But I don't do it. FattyDongs problem was, that he reacted against the customer that way.

Yeah. You definitely shouldnt have done that...but i probably would have done the same thing.

Not the BK Lounge!

Anyway, from a professional standpoint - it's your fault you got fired, you're not supposed to act that way. Although I am not saying it was necessarily the wrong reaction, and considering the circumstances and employer, it was probably worth it =P

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

It's definitely your fault, but I would have wanted to do the same thing.

It was your fault but I would have done the same thing. Fuck Burger King, your dignity is worth more than some shitty fast food job. You take the shit when it's a good job worth keeping.

Two wrongs don't make a right and you should know that you were a representative of the place you were working at.

I can understand why you would want to do that though.

It was her fault.....and yours, she had no right to do what she did, but you should have reacted more profesional......I've gone into work after no sleep after being out all night and gone into work, and deal with customers getting right up in my face shouting and you've just got to keep your cool

Punch them in the face to prove you're right.

Tease.

Well you deserved disciplinary action on you. As a manger I would of probably suspended you first. As for the customer I would of took down their liscense plates called the cops and had them cited for disorderly conduct. Customer or not there is no escuse for acting like they did. One of my joys as a manager is doing this and showing up to court to watch their face when a $.30 mistake turns into a $3300 fine.

You made the burger and rung her up at the register? They really had you laboring.. Probably best that you don't have to work there anymore. I give you props if this is true. When I was working at Bk there were many instances I wanted to bitch out the customers :P
