my local gamestore has two huge piles of consoles, one is the ps3 uc3/gt bundle and one is the wonderbook bundle.
the wonderbook pile is at least 20 consoles big. Also i saw them getting the stock of normal wonderbooks without the ps3 and these were at least 20 more so i'd say they expect it to sell extremely well.

It's sold out at Gamestop (online) and nearly sold out on amazon.com (actually sold out by amazon but there's a third-party retailer selling it).

I'd say it isn't doing too shabby.

I hope i does great, sony could use it.

Also if it does end up a massiv hit and contiues to get support (especially the announced disney support) it could potentially keep the ps3 selling great even past the ps4's release since wonderbook is more targeted at a younger and "casual" (i hate that word) audience that probably doesn't care about ps4.

I laughed at it at E3, but thinking about it now, it could actually be quite successful.

I think the best it could hope for is to gain traction and reach on par with Skylanders. Not optimistic though =/

Please Watch/Share this video so it gets shown in Hollywood.

Oddly enough, no word of a lie, I was in HMV on my lunch hour last Thursday and there was a woman at the till buying a Wonderbook (and being asked by the cashier: "you know there's a camera that you need to go with it, right?") and a man in the queue behind her with a young child also holding a Wonderbook.

I know it's just colloquial and we're tracking it doing crap here, but I can see it doing 'alright' over Christmas.

Wonderbook will sell 12.8m copies.

Yeah just like THQs PS3 killer app Udraw.

Wonderbook could actually be a hit, it has so much potential and the commercials are not half bad.

Down here in australia there is constant wonderbook tv spots here, so sony has alot of faith in it.

we're just gonna have to wait and see... but i'm hoping it will be a surprise hit and shock everyone who ever doubted the thing.

I have noticed it creeping up the charts here in the UK. There seems to be a fair bit of advertising for it as well. When I was in the city shopping centre the other day, they'd set up a big area for people to come along and try it. It seemed to be getting a fair amount of attention.

I don't know about it being a killer app for the PS3. It could be the killer app for Move though

wonderbook would be lucky to scrape 1m.. but theres alot of kids out there, so who knows?

It would have been unstoppable if it had came out when Harry Potter was at his biggest but even still I'm expecting massive sales. Die hard Harry Potter fans will buy two, one to play with and one to keep with the rest of their collections.
This has casual / child market written all over it with the added benefit of crazy Potter fans.
