So here's a question for you.

For those of us who saw the E3 demo and then the Jimmy Fallon Demo, you will notice that they looked VERY similar even down to a few minor details. So it begs the question, exactly how much of the Jimmy demo was scripted and more importantly the E3 one?

OPM concludes that whilst the two are identical, there are noteable minor differences, which suggests that the play style was scripted to get the best effect, doesn't stop me from being disappointed.

I saw that. I think he just chose to play the game exactly the same to show the most cinematic playthrough.

He seemed to do all the same stuff as in the E3 demo, even missing the same shots, so I'm assuming he's playing that way to achieve the most dramatic effect.

Yeah, I think it was just the same guy playing it the same way.

Is it the exact same? No differences?

Actually no, there are minor difference, e.g Joel is crouching to the right in E3 in one scene and Jimmy is to the left in the exact same spot.

What people will find to complain about these days.

There are some small differences, like whether he's actually taking cover or just squatting behind it, but he's always managing to be in the same place at the same time doing the same thing (missing a shot, throwing a molotov, etc.) so it all plays out exactly the same.
