forgot to mention I hated the second movie in the before trilogy

Just watched Blue Ruin and it was quite good. It was a little more simple than I expected, but the acting was top notch and the tone was perfect. It certainly comes with a high recommendation from me.

same here. I watched it in a 3 day period.

a good movie but certainly not great. like almost every time travel movies it has a lot of mistakes. i expected something new epic when a looked at those IMDB scores but got the same stuff "everything is saved in the last second" cliche and "magneto is still in puberty" lol those sentinels are awesome they should have done more stuff with them and there is this slow mo kitchen scene which was awesome.

We missed the 2nd episode of the quest, watched the third today, that went downhill fast.

Anyway started me wondering what happened to whodunnit, that was a fun summer murder mystery show.
I watched the first part of the new 4 part Gold Fever documentary/western. Was pretty good.
The amazing race Canada is more like the amazing back and forth. After Asia, back to Canada, next off to France.

Highly recommend The Knick (TV show) that is currently airing. Only 2 episodes out so far but so far so very good. Directed by Soderbergh and Clive Owen plays the main character.

Finally watched Guardians of the Galaxy and I didn't like it. It was so predictable and many jokes weren't funny.

What was good about it? The story was dumb, some jokes were lame, and the characters weren't that interesting.
