Agree with mbp, the original was pretty good so with some simple improvements made, this could be a gem.

I highly recommend picking up the GOTY version with all the DLCs (it can probably be found for dirt cheap now)... but only if you have/know people to play with. Playing it alone can be quite the boring experience and I wouldn't want to sour you on the series by convincing you to get it without you knowing it's a whole different experience when you play with other people.


Ya I think 2 of my bros have it actually, might get if I see cheap. Which I'm sure it is by now.

Which platform? I'd be happy to join you with the little time I have for gaming nowadays. My two cousins that I played it with have moved onto Star Wars: TOR and never want to play it anymore.

I wish I never sold borderlands. I plan on picking up the GoTY edition after I get and beat Mass Effect 3. Hopefully that will be before September.
