Forums - Gaming Discussion - Worst games you actually paid for and tried to play

Medal of Honor.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Xbox)
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (Wii)
Grand Slam Tennis (Wii)

The sims 3, Bought it for £30 because of sims 2 nostalgia, played it for 2 hours, got bored and I haven't touched it since. Probably never will. Not a bad game, I just can't get into it :(

Infinite Undiscovery, hands down. Never have been more disappointed by a game that I payed full price for.

Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring for the GBA.

In my defense, I was young back then, and my only movie games previously had been Goldeneye and Star Wars Pod Racing, an excellent and a good game respectively.

Love and tolerate.

Sword of Sodan for Sega Genesis. Thus my hatred for EA was complete.

Easily Final Fantasy XIV.

It's bad enough I paid for the collector's edition but I actually built a pretty beefy computer just to play the game.

Final Fantasy XIII knocks this out of ten parks for me. What an epic piece of trash. I even payed 50-60 quid for the CE, I forgot which exactly was it, but I'm leaning toward the 60.

And the worst part is that I kept up with it until the very end. I still have a bad taste in my mouth.

quantom theory...still wonder why I bought that...new....-_-

that was $60 down the drain....

I payed $10 for Lair. That game is so bad you should get payed to play it. I also regret paying $10 for MadWorld and $20 for Oneechanbara. I probably should regret paying $15 for Eternal Sonata for the 360 considering I've yet to get one but for some reason I don't. Oh, and Guitar Hero IV was a complete waste of money. I've probably played it less than 2 hours...
