First Publiished would be Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure on the ps1(Back in the days before NIS America), and first developed would be Thousand Arms.
Trauma Center
But when I got Devil survivor, Persona 4 and Demon's Souls, Atlus skyrocketed to 1st among my favorite developers!

Still need to get this and lots of other games =/
Atlus published: Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure. It was short and easy but it has a sweet story.
Atlus developed: I think Revelations: Persona
edit: Thousand Arms isn't Atlus developed. It was developed by Red Compay.
