About normal for the series.  And yeah, DS/PSP/Wii tend to dominate software, though PS3 had a bit of a resurgence last year (in the spring and fall) and once in awhile a 360 or PS2 game will sneak in.

Final Fantasy XIII did pretty well for Japan I think. My guess is 2 million lifetime. In like 6 months to a year they should bring out an upgraded version and it should definitely hit the 2 Mill.
