We should have some pre-order numbers tonight in the Japan Preview.

So far the source always predicted Type-0 would do something like 300k FW but the recent surge in pre-orders could change things.

I personally expected more like 350k FW but it could end up doing a bit better.

The Japan Preview expects FF Type-0 to do 300,000 - 450,000 units.
450k would be very good. Crisis Core did 489k FW and Dissidia 503k.

Final Fantasy Type-0 will probably have many digital downloads due to VITA compatibility. PSP gamers who don't want to sell the game and plan to buy a VITA will buy FF Type-0 via PSN.

True. There's also the fact that the download version will cost 6,480 yen ($83) and the retail version goes for 7,700 yen ($99).
