The Wii broke 20 million sales in 2009. (Down 4 million on 2008)
The PS3 broke 12 million sales in 2009. (Up 2 million on 2008)
The 360 broke 10 million sales in 2009. (Down 1 million on 2008)
Overall all three systemes sold very good numbers in 2009.
December 2009 sales versus December 2008 sales. PS3 and 360 swap places. 360 outsold PS3 by 1 million December 2008. 3 million 360s sold in December 2008. PS3 only sold 2 million for December 2008.
PS3 outsells the XBox 360 by 1 million for December 2009. All due to FFXIII + Uncharted 2 + PS3 Slim with $299. December 2009 Wii sales = 360 + PS3 sales. Wii sold 5 or 6 million in December 2008. Should match that numberfor December 2009. Wii late 2009 price cut + NSMB game does the magical trick.

it's already over last year's number with a week to go.
OP: I under predict sales of all 3. 120% of my numbers would be really close.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
Wow, I was WAY too low on the Wii. Pretty much spot on for PS360.
