Famitsu gave 39/40 for the same reason ign gave 10/10 to GTA4.

it dosent change the relatively lower metacritic of FF13 and it dosent change the monumental fan rejection. so 39/40 dosent mean anything in this case and Square know it!!

Why this is from a time, where I cared about what the hell I was writing, and actually thought it over before posting. Oh how this site has made me decline in quality because the good users are all gone.

Believe it or not i think this is a good thing. FF13-2 isnt a main line title, its a sequel that will sell like shit. just like FF10-2 sold half of FF10, but FF10 was actually a well respected game - despite whatever shortcommings it had.

and tbh, if this team are on FF13-2 it means theres less likelyhood they will be on FF15, and i would rather they go and mess up a sequel to FF13 (which i didnt think was good anyway) rather than ruin another mainline FF.

Just look at Snow and Serah. Serah looks like she's 10 years Snow's junior.
