What do I think of the 2012 calendar thing?
The PSA at the beginning of this sums up my feelings pretty well:

That particular scenario may have got a little too much air-time 
That said, at least it normally happened in a different plane 
starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS
A magazine reviewed it and gave it a 3/10, I was told it was because they didnt believe the world was going to end in 2012 that they gave it such a low score
Well whenever the world ends at least I'm not going to hell. So I don't care if the world ends, at least I feel comforted by this fact. But it would be nice to die of old age, in my sleep or a death orgasm when I'm old. In other words, I have lived past the beggining stages of my life and it would be nice to see what I make of myself.
And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... 2012 is a joke seriously.
These kind of predictions were always a joke,nothing happened,it will be the same this time.
Alot of believers will probably suicide before it will happen,and the streets will go wild for a few days,but i dont see more than that happening.
I don't believe in the 2012 theory. What I do believe is God will end the world when he wants to. You never know when the world will end, it could be tomorrow.

I think I'd have enjoyed the movie a lot more if they just cut it down by maybe half an hour... 45 minutes... An hour.
I went for a roller coaster ride of amazing special effects, but the coster kept getting stuck on drawn out cheesy dialogue. I want to see the world blow up, Do I really need to know about some guys emotional conflict with his son? And no I don't mean the main character. I mean the jazz guy who's friends with the geologists dad. friend of dad of character is just a bit to extended for anyone to give a damn about.
On another note, why did they release it so early? I get wanting to make it early so no one else beat them to the punch, but I'd have thought they might want to sit on this movie for a while, release it closer to the actual date and REALLY take advantage of the morons.
