I meant:

Purdy = aesthetically pleasing.

I did not mean:

Purdy = pink.

And exactly what on Helghan fits that?  Helghan is a fascist dust ball, that is only of value, due to its minerals.  It is as purdy as an old west mining town.  The effects work, and the game engine is technically excellent, for what it is trying to do.  But purdy?  Nothing relating to Helghan or the Helghast relates to that.  Purdy is not part of their value set at all.

You are seriously arguing that Helghan is a pretty place?  Are you?  I am saying it isn't.  And rendering it doesn't make it pretty either.  Doesn't mean that the tech specs for rendering it are awesome.  It is just the aesthetics (purdiness) just isn't there.

I never said it was a pretty place. I said the game was purdy, meaning that the game has good graphics.

STOP !!! i dont care what the graphics king is...FACTS ARE!! mw2 dont come close to killzone2 or uncharted 2 and mgs4.... but its al about the gameplay if you like the game you like it... but dont go out and say stuf that are not true.

I think the graphics are definitely above average,theyre not as spectacular as before, thanks to uncharted 2 , but there are great moments with amazing vistas etc. Multiplayer graphics are v good too

The X360 camp will always try to build up a x360 game that can compete with K2.

So desperate are they that even a multiplat will do. Lol.

On the opposing PS3 side vice versa.

The whole scenario is one of x360 fans pleading for their console to be equal graphically to the PS3 and PS3 fans saying "no, it is not..at least not yet"

Most of you were the same bunch claiming Gears2 > K2. Now Gears2 is forgotten - for most.
MW2 now greater than Gears2 it seems.

I believe the x360 has more to offer but MW2 is not it.

First ign was your reviewing God until someone posted ign's scores that reflect U2 and K2 > MW2 graphically.

When that blew your argument wide open you jumped on some other review site ... (I can't even remember the name).. to carry on your constant graphics war chip on your shoulder business...I've read through your previous post.

If 60fps = best graphics ever then the latest R&C is right next to MW2.

What I had seen for MONTHS is how Killzone 2 was going to be a game changer, and possibly supplant Halo.  Not as bad as "Halo Killer" but out there for the most part.  Go look up the insane buzz on here about that.  As for forgotten, Killzone 2 is in the forgotten category.  No one makes mention of it as being a game changer, meaning more sales for the PS3.  It didn't cause console FPS fans to go and buy a PS3 instead of a 360.
