Glorified or not, Episodes from Liberty City will not shift hardware. Half of it has been readily available for eight months.

So that makes every game of the year edition a cash in too. I mean seriously, are you really complaining that they've put them both on the retail market, for the exact same price, without you having to have GTA IV to play them?

This way, if you aren't connected to the internet, you can play them. If you already traded in or sold GTA IV, you can play them. And if you didn't download the first episode, you can play them too. If you wanted a hard copy, you have it now. What are you complaining about? It's 20+ hours of gameplay, which is more than 99% of other DLC and much more than other "retail" games.

Every GotY Edition IS a cash in. A way to make people buy it again and get it back in the spotlight, same for Limited editions and all that stuff.

And i didn't complain once about it, i just said it was glorified. I even said it was "Noteworthy" ¬_¬

360 winning the holidays.. doesnt seem very likely.. NA maybe but EUR is probably going to fall into the PS3 court.. as for JAPAN: forza3 and bayonetta havent lifted 360 hardware even into the 10k range( its arnd 5k), so i wouldnt expect the holiday season to do anything for them...

My best bet is still the PS3.. wii looks a lil pale... but then again grandmas might go ape playing wiisports/fit..



Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

a. a AAA 3D sonic title

b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"

Whatever, if they have been coming to Vgchartz, they may would make better prediction. Not something, they make up without any data. :)

Edit: xbox 360 is gonna outsell Ps3, in U.S. but they mention worldwide.

Show me how much DLC is at AAA status on Metacritic. It's absolutely hilarious how some people try to write it off, but we all know if the PS3 had exclusive DLC for GTA, it would be treated as the second coming of Christ.  But hey, it's not like anybody made a big deal about the Joker challenge rooms in Batman: AA now is it? *rolls eyes*

GTA4 was already threated like that and that was the biggest disappointment this gen. Saints Row 2 was way better than it IMO.

I don't know why themanwithnoname is trying to bring up fanboy mentality... You want one?

If the Ps3 had Forza 3 we would have hundreds of threads already declaring it a sales dissapointment and flop. It didn't meet expectations that the hype would have indicated.

Unlike his claims though there are previous examples to back mine up.
