lol, maybe you were playing a different game :p By chapter 12 I had been to 3 different countries, outdoor levels, indoor levels, underground, ontop of buildings, I could go on... Probably the most variation I have seen in quite a while.

puzzles were pretty limited. I think they wanted to make the game more user oriented, as in we solve the puzzles instead of the "hint" thing coming up and telling us to look in the journal for answers. I'm betting too many people failed to solve the puzzles without these hints in the quality testing so they dumbed them down.

I know a few people that didn't like Uncharted so I assume they also wouldn't like Uncharted 2. It's not that they think it's a bad game and don't appreciate some of the really cool things both games do, it's just not their cup of tea.

But i think it is one of the most loved games of all time. Look at its meta rating from users.

Correct me if im wrong, but no other game is even close to it in rating/amount of votes.
