Wooow, PS3 still Selling well, this is COOL

The Wii version is awful! It's cell shaded and kiddy, you might as well get Mario Super Strikers.

So the "visually redesigned for Wii audience" FIFA 10 flopped just like Madden 10. Way to go EA, next up NFS Nitro!

PES Wii is actually more complex than the traditional versions thanks to the rts pointer controls.  Plus for purists they kept in traditional controls as an option and Konami's even bundling it with the Classic Controller Pro in Japan.   It's going to outsell FIFA 10 Wii for sure imo, though it'd do even better if Konami could ever manage to release it at the same time as the HD versions.

EA just doesn't get it. Wii owners don't want a friendly art style with goofy character design, they want GOOD GAMES, not terrible ports like fifa 10 and madden 10. Make the game worth buying, please.

It's even more dumbfounding considering that's exactly what they already do with Tiger Woods.  And surprise, surprise, the Wii SKU is the best seller there.

nope, not because of that, its because in europe and asia people love Soccer (and racers). and the PS3 is more popular than 360.

edit : i mean seriously the only other games that have people waiting in line to get it in here are GTA and Call of Duty, its THAT big.

The PS3 sold about 450k more in Europe than the 360.

ONLY 450k. That's almost a non-factor for the European install base. That is NOT the real reason why soccer games on the PS3 always dominate. No go figure if only 1 out of 10 Europeans modded their 360....

Also I was talking about ALL kind of software there. The 360 leads in the Others territory with over 500k, but still 90% of every multiplat is selling better on the PS3. Piracy is the only logical reason for that.

"Others" =/= Europe only btw. so if the Ps3 sold alittle more than 360 in the UK , that doesn't mean all of "Others" did.
plus alot of people buy PS3 just for PES, so yeah. why they don't do that for the Xbox? , i don't really know, but its like Modern Warfare on Xbox and PS3. which one is the most popular?

I'm pretty sure that Asian countries (without Japan) and especially South American countries are pirating even more. Makes even more sense now. They're crazy about football, so that's where lot of PS3 sales come from, but only a few 360 sales.

I'm not denying that PES is associated with the PS family, but the reason why they are dominating so hard is simply because of 360 piracy.

And shooters on the 360 in Others only sell so good because the people in the UK like shooters more than people in other countries and the 360 has a 1.3 million lead there.
