Wii (Sports) series, haven't played other franchises except a little mario pre mario 3 back in the day.

Wii Sports (Resort) because it is easy to pickup, easy to put down, two sessions a day, I am losing weight, can't beat that last one. Otherwise Zelda and Metroid seem like the types of game I would enjoy.

As far as I'm concerned other means Metroid. But I picked Mario.

For nintendo only franchises, Zelda all the way. It's the standart bearer for the adventure/action-RPG genre.

Well, if i have to name one and one only, it will be the Legend of Zelda, of course, but the poll would be more interesting if each of us could name 3 or 5 from nearly all the top franchises...

Take Mario: is it Super Mario, Mario Kart, Paper Mario? 3 very different series...

But no Metroid... c'mon MontanaHatchet: who's gonna vote for the Wii series, seriously? And since when does "personnal favorite" mean "most successful ever"?

Some of my favorite musicians sold 5000 copies of some their albums, even if 30 years later, they're the most sought-after and expensive LPs on ebay, because they were THAT good...

With one answer only, we all know it will be Zelda or Mario N°1 for a vast majority of the fans... and Metroid 3rd, i guess... but it's for the 7 others in a Top 10 that such a poll would be nice... tu put the challengers into the light, and not the all-time champions...

Sorry, i hope i don't sound too harsh... it's a really good idea, but the excecution... i give this thread a 5/10... (just a bad joke, i know... ;)
