PS3 need to outsell x360 by 2 mln. this year and next year during last 3 months.

And for the rest of year to sell around 60-70k more, than x360. This, with help of GT5 i see possible.

But anyway, does it still matter? Yes, it will happen eventually.

I highly doubt it. Most of these games are going to be picked up by people who already have a PS3. the only games that might push hardware will be GT5 and FFXIII and you forget the awesome lineup of the x360 in 2010. ME2, Halo Reach, Splintercell conviction, Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, and so many others. If anything the Gap will stay the same as it will be at the end of this christmas

I don't think so, I expect the gap to be about 4-5 million between the 360 and PS3 by th end of the year

I agree with you in a way.

This "genre" of post does have a chance to be an interesting read or interesting topic if done right. Maybe I shall attempt.

 

Firstly, I think It would need an unbiased tilte, then Original IP HW pushers, and ofcourse sails facts.

 

Hopefully oneday we'll get a clear thread instead of a flame/fanboy war.

lol care to expand on this bold prediction? Its pretty clear that unless Nintendo decides to raise the Wii's price to $500 that it will win this generation, but how are you so certain the 360 will beat the PS3?
