Yeah, and it was still awful, which is the problem with Sony. They need to step up their game in the advertising department.

Everyone keeps saying they should have advertised Killzone more. I don't know where you all live or if you just want an excuse, but Killzone was advertised to hell and back where I live. I saw as many ads and probably more than I have seen of Halo3. I couldn't watch tv for more than 10 minutes without seeing the commercial with the slow motion bullet. If you all mean they could have advertised it better and meant marketed it in other unconventional ways better - ie: have their own mountain dew or a set of books; I could agree with that.

He never even said anything about sales...  and btw for a LOT of people Wii Sports is better than Halo 3.  It's fine if you don't think it's better, but that's not a decision you get to make for everyone else in the world. 

@Nick: Yes, that's what I meant. Stuff like books, their own drink, or the sort. You know, Killzone deserves a book. It's got a deep story to it, and it would definitely help.

It's ok if you like Halo more than COD4, I'm not arguing with that. But it's not a fact. The closest we can get to reality about a quality of a video game is to look at metacritic, and sales. Metacritic, they are equal. And sales-wise, COD4 wins.
