If the FFXII team are working on FFXV then the question is when did that start developement, or was it too late for them to realise the Wii 'boom' and put it there?

I think it'll stay to PS3 and 360 simply because they invested so much in the tech for those consoles making Final Fantasy XIII that it'll only be a viable exercise if they stick to the games on the consoles. I'm iffy on XV being as soon as people say though, as Versus needs to take the spotlight before XV and whatever else they add to the XIII crystal nebula stories chronicles majig.

I think a lot of it has to do with the Japanese market not doing so hot lately and thus predictions are going to represent that decrease as well. I think FF13 should be able to do 1 million to 1.5 million first week and end with about 2 million lifetime in Japan so I obviously disagree with their predictions.

But you'll notice for all their predictions they have a sort of lack of faith any game right now and maybe that is quite justified. But we'll know a little more about the state of the market for this game by November.

I think it will sell around 2,2 Mio its whole lifetime in Japan.

I do not think it will be on Wii, allthough i can imagine it on a Wii HD.

I think FF XV will be released at the end of this gen.

And I think I will not buy a FF XV released on Wii (HD).

FF13 will sell more than 1.5 million.

FF15 will be PS360.

FFXV will probably use same engine so it will go to PS3/X360 again.

I think it depends on how well DQX performs on Wii.

It would be annoying if they were meaningless threads that last no more than 5 posts.

These threads usually go on to several pages because they are interesting discussions, nothing wrong with that.
