Why would you compare an unknown IP to one of the best known current day FPS IPs out there?
The math is simple - the people who bought COD:WaW on the Wii will more than likely buy COD4 - will be around the 1 mil mark. Your suggestion is like saying that people who shop at a particular supermarket won't shop there again next week.

CoD4 was ONLY good because of Online play,The Wii (as i know)has very little online games,and i doubt they will implement the hole CoD4 experence into it.
