I think they are trying to give a game that's a 2 year old port a new feel of sorts. It works for me either way, COD Modern Warfare or COD Modern Warfare: Reflex.

I think what they're trying to do is phase out 'call of duty' altogether. Modern Warfare isn't what Call of Duty is or ever was until it. And they already tested the effect of dropping 'Call of Duty', so you know they're interested. And they dropped the 4, which was significant only to the words Call of Duty also.

They did test the effect of dropping 'Call of Duty', and it had a large negative impact on the ability of the consumer to recognize the game. I doubt they will be getting rid of it, or even shrinking it anytime soon.

I think the word "reflex" refers to the high customization of the controls (similar to Conduit). So you can increase the responsiveness of the IR to Insane levels which me likey.

I dont think Activision can get away from calling it Call of Duty. The name is very recognizable and would be detrimental to their sales if they did.

This game will easily outsell Conduit and COD:WAW Wii.
